Abstract
The present invention provides an aqueous solution comprising an antibody protein at a concentration of at least about 10 mg/mL and an oligomer of ethyleneimine, wherein the number of repeating units of ethyleneimine (n) in the oligomer is in the range of n=2-12.
Claims25
An aqueous solution comprising an antibody protein at a concentration of at least about 10 mg/mL and an oligomer of ethyleneimine, wherein the number of repeating units of ethyleneimine (n) in the oligomer is in the range 2-12.
A method of reducing the rate of aggregation of an antibody protein in aqueous solution, wherein the antibody protein concentration is at least about 10 mg/mL, comprising the step of adding to the solution an oligomer of ethyleneimine, wherein the number of repeating units of ethyleneimine (n) in the oligomer is in the range n=2-12.
