The present disclosure relates to the use of inositol-stabilized arginine silicate complexes (“ASI”) with the addition of free inositol (“I”) to form a composition ASI+I for improving cognitive functioning in humans, particularly video game players.
Claims11
A method of improving cognitive functioning in a human comprising:
- administering an amount of an inositol-stabilized arginine silicate complex and free inositol effective to improve cognitive functioning in the human.
A composition comprising an effective amount of an inositol-stabilized arginine silicate complex and an effective amount of free inositol, wherein the effective amount improves cognitive functioning in a human when administered to the human.
