Vertical cutter

A vertical cutter for a machine that can move on wheels, said vertical cutter comprising:

• a motorized cutter configured to rotate with respect to its own vertical axis, means for containing transmission elements which are integral with said cutter, supporting means for means for feeding and dispensing wire or cable configured to rotate freely about the axis of the cutter, and a roller having a horizontal axis for the adjustment of a height of said cutter with respect to a walking surface and therefore of a depth of a trench generated by it, and for covering said trench with an adjacent soil displaced by said cutter and accumulated in the vicinity of said trench, said wire or cable being accommodated and conveyed by said machine, further comprising, at the sides of an assembly constituted by containment means of the transmission elements which are integral with said cutter and by supporting means for means for feeding and dispensing a cable, two sliding guides configured to rotate freely about the axis of the cutter, for the guidance and conveyance of an additional cable that is already placed on the ground, said guides having a C-shaped transverse profile for the lateral accommodation of a portion of said additional cable that is inserted beforehand in a component which is integral with each respective sliding guide.
