Abstract
A high frequency cable includes a center conductor comprising one first wire, which is located at the center of the center conductor, and a plurality of second wires, which are located around that one first wire, and the one first wire and the plurality of second wires are stranded together. Respective outer peripheral surfaces of the plurality of second wires constitute a substantially continuous circular peripheral surface as an outer peripheral surface of the center conductor.

A high frequency cable, including
- a center conductor comprising one first wire, which is located at the center of the center conductor, and a plurality of second wires, which are located around that one first wire, the one first wire and the plurality of second wires being stranded together;
- wherein respective outer peripheral surfaces of the plurality of second wires constitute a substantially continuous circular peripheral surface as an outer peripheral surface of the center conductor.
