Abstract
The present application provides solid forms of (R)-6-(2-fluorophenyl)-N-(3-(2-(2-methoxyethylamino)ethyl)phenyl)-5,6-dihydrobenzo[h]quinazolin-2-amine dihydrochloride, and methods of preparing and using same.

A method of making a polymorph of Compound A:
- comprising:
- step a) dissolving Compound A in a first solvent to form a solution;
- step b) adding an anti-solvent to the solution to form a slurry;
- and
- step c) cooling the slurry;
- wherein the polymorph is characterized by an X-ray powder diffraction pattern comprising peaks at approximately 14.9, 23.1, and 23.8 °2θ using Cu Kα radiation.
