Electromagnetic wave absorber and molded article with electromagnetic wave absorber

An electromagnetic wave absorber, comprising:

• a first layer being a dielectric layer or a magnetic layer;
• and
• a conductive layer provided on at least one surface of the first layer, wherein
• the conductive layer has a sheet resistance of 100Ω/□ or less after the electromagnetic wave absorber is exposed to an environment having a temperature of 85° C. and a relative humidity of 85% for 1000 hours,
• the electromagnetic wave absorber has a flexural rigidity of 5000 MPa·mm4 or less, and
• an amount of reflection and absorption of a 76-GHz millimeter wave measured according to Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS) R 1679 after an exposure to an environment having a temperature of 85° and a relative humidity of 85% for 1000 hours is 15 dB or more.
