Electronic device

An electronic device comprising:

• an electronic circuit board on which an electronic component is mounted;
• an antenna that is able to receive radio waves;
• and
• a shield structure that shields against electromagnetic wave noise generated from said electronic component, said shield structure including at least
• a conductive wall member that is provided on a mounting surface of said electronic circuit board on which said electronic component is mounted, and is placed to separate said electronic component which generates said electromagnetic wave noise from said antenna;
• and
• a conductive plate that is provided in a position facing said mounting surface of said electronic circuit board, and is electrically connected to an upper end surface of said conductive wall member, wherein said conductive wall member includes multiple metal plates mounted on said electronic circuit board, said metal plates being arranged side by side;
• a gap is provided between at least some of adjacent metal plates of said conductive wall member;
• and
• said conductive plate straddles said gap between upper end surfaces of said adjacent metal plates.
