The present disclosure relates to a compound represented by Chemical Formula 1 and an organic light emitting device using the same. The compound is used as a material of an organic material layer of the organic light emitting device.

A compound represented by Chemical Formula 1:
- wherein, in Chemical Formula 1,
- X1 to X3 is each independently N, or CH, and at least one of X1 to X3 is N,
- Ar1 and Ar2 are each independently a substituted or unsubstituted C6-60 aryl;
- or a substituted or unsubstituted C2-60 heteroaryl containing one or more heteroatoms selected from the group consisting of N, O and
- L is a bond;
- or a substituted or unsubstituted C6-60 arylene, and
- Ar3 is a substituted or unsubstituted C6-60 aryl;
- or a substituted or unsubstituted C2-60 heteroaryl containing one or more heteroatoms selected from the group consisting of N, O and S.
