An electronic device comprising:

• at least one first light emitting device;
• at least one second light emitting device;
• and
• at least one control device,
• the second light emitting device having color reproducibility lower than that of the first light emitting device and having a response speed faster than that of the first light emitting device,
• the control device carrying out light emission control processing of controlling light emission of the first light emitting device and light emission of the second light emitting device according to a usage of the electronic device such that a relation between luminance of the first light emitting device and luminance of the second light emitting device satisfies a predetermined condition.

A control method by which a control device controls an electronic device,

• the electronic device comprising:
• at least one first light emitting device;
• and at least one second light emitting device having color reproducibility lower than that of the first light emitting device and having a response speed faster than that of the first light emitting device,
• the control method comprising:
• a light emission control step of controlling light emission of the first light emitting device and light emission of the second light emitting device according to a usage of the electronic device such that a relation between luminance of the first light emitting device and luminance of the second light emitting device satisfies a predetermined condition.
