Accommodation vehicle managing device, accommodation vehicle managing system, and accommodation vehicle

An accommodation vehicle management system comprising:

• an accommodation vehicle where one or more guests may stay overnight;
• and
• an accommodation vehicle management apparatus configured to manage operation of the accommodation vehicle, the accommodation vehicle management apparatus including:
• a transmitter/receiver configured to communicate with the accommodation vehicle;
• and
• a processor comprising hardware, wherein the processor is configured to
• determine whether an actual number of guests in the accommodation vehicle is less than or equal to a predetermined number of guests who are allowed to utilize the accommodation vehicle by using bedding, and
• output an allowance signal indicating allowance of usage of the bedding to the accommodation vehicle through the transmitter/receiver when it is determined that the actual number of guests in the accommodation-vehicle is less than or equal to the predetermined number of guests.
