Abstract
An image processing device includes a determination unit configured to determine a type of autophagy induced in a cell, based on information indicative of autophagic activity in the cell present in a cell image in which the cell is image captured and based on information indicative of congestion of molecules in the cell present in the cell image.

An image processing device comprising
- a determination unit configured to determine a type of autophagy induced in a cell, based on information indicative of autophagic activity in the cell present in a cell image in which the cell is image captured and based on information indicative of congestion of molecules in the cell present in the cell image.
An analysis device comprising:
- a feature value calculation unit configured to calculate a feature value of a subcellular component, based on a cell image in which the cell is image captured;
- a function estimation unit configured to estimate a function of the cell;
- and
- a function correlation calculation unit configured to calculate a correlation between the function of the cell estimated by the function estimation unit and the feature value of the subcellular component.
