Abstract
Techniques related to vehicle operation. A processor determines that at least one condition is met related to a vehicle. In response to the at least one condition being met, the processor generates a natural language output having a query. The processor determines that an affirmative response to the query is received and causes a downshift of a transmission of the vehicle in response to the affirmative response.
Claims20
A computer-implemented method for vehicle operation, the method comprising:
- determining, by a processor, that at least one condition is met related to a vehicle;
- in response to the at least one condition being met, generating, by the processor, a natural language output comprising a query;
- determining, by the processor, that an affirmative response to the query is received;
- and
- causing a downshift of a transmission of the vehicle in response to the affirmative response.
A computer program product for vehicle operation, the computer program product comprising a computer readable storage medium having program instructions embodied therewith, the program instructions executable by a processor to cause the processor to perform operations comprising:
- determining, by the processor, that at least one condition is met related to a vehicle;
- in response to the at least one condition being met, generating, by the processor, a natural language output comprising a query;
- determining, by the processor, that an affirmative response to the query is received;
- and
- causing a downshift of a transmission of the vehicle in response to the affirmative response.
A system for vehicle operation comprising:
- a processor;
- and
- a computer readable storage medium storing comprising executable instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to perform operations comprising:
- determining, by the processor, that at least one condition is met related to a vehicle;
- in response to the at least one condition being met, generating, by the processor, a natural language output comprising a query;
- determining, by the processor, that an affirmative response to the query is received;
- and
- causing a downshift of a transmission of the vehicle in response to the affirmative response.
