An engineered natural killer (NK) cell, wherein the NK cell is genetically engineered to reduce FcRγ chain expression, activity and/or signaling in the cell.
An engineered NK cell comprising a genetic disruption in a gene encoding FcRγ chain, wherein expression of FcRγ is reduced in the cell.
A method of producing an engineered NK cell, comprising genetically engineering an NK cell to reduce FcRγ chain expression, activity, and/or signaling in the cell.
