Wireless Communication Device

A wireless communication device comprising:

• a processor, and
• memory accessible to the processor, the memory comprising instructions executable by the processor to perform operations including:
• receiving a request to send data to a destination device, wherein the processor is configured to access first subscriber identity module card information that enables first delivery according to a best-efforts delivery priority via a wireless network, wherein the processor is configured to access second subscriber identity module card information, and wherein the second subscriber identity module card information corresponds to second delivery at least at a first delivery rate via the wireless network;
• determining a first portion of the data to send using the first delivery based on a throughput value for data transmission to the destination device via the first delivery;
• and
• determining a second portion of the data to send with the second delivery based on the throughput value, wherein the second portion includes none of the data responsive to the throughput value being greater than a first threshold.

A computer-readable storage device storing instructions executable by a processor to perform operations comprising:

• receiving a request to send data to a destination device, wherein the processor is configured to access first subscriber identity module card information that enables first delivery according to a best-efforts delivery priority via a first wireless network, and wherein the processor is configured to access second subscriber identity module card information that corresponds to-enables second delivery at least at a first delivery rate via a second wireless network different than the first wireless network;
• determining a first portion of the data to send using the first delivery based on a throughput value for data transmission to the destination device via the first delivery;
• and
• determining a second portion of the data to send using the second delivery based on the throughput value, wherein the second portion includes none of the data responsive to the throughput value being greater than a first threshold.
