Apparatus, system and method for dedicated core network

A first mobility management device in a mobile communication system including a UE (User Equipment), a base station, and a second mobility management device, wherein the UE is served by the first mobility management device and the second mobility management device, the first mobility management device comprising:

• a memory that stores a set of instructions;
• and
• a controller configured to execute the set of instructions that when executed:
• receives a request message from the UE via the base station,
• receives subscription data from a subscription management device,
• redirects the request message to the second mobility management device via the base station by sending, to the base station, a redirection message including information about the second mobility management device, and
• skips an authentication and security procedure with the UE before the redirection.

A second mobility management device in a mobile communication system including a UE (User Equipment), a base station, and a first mobility management device, wherein the UE is served by the first mobility management device and the second mobility management device, the second mobility management device comprising:

• a memory that stores a set of instructions;
• and
• a controller configured to execute the set of instructions that when executed:
• is redirected a request message via the base station by the first mobility management device that first received the request message, receives subscription data from a subscription management device, sends, to the base station, a redirection message including information about the second mobility management device, and
• performs an authentication and security procedure with the UE after the redirection.

A base station in a mobile communication system including a UE (User Equipment), a first mobility management device, and a second mobility management device, wherein the UE is served by the first mobility management device and the second mobility management device, the base station comprising:

• a memory that stores a set of instructions;
• and
• a controller configured to execute the set of instructions that when executed:
• receives a request message from the UE,
• sends the request message to the first mobility management device,
• receives a redirection message including information about the second mobility management device to be directed from a first mobility management device that receives subscription data from a subscription management device,
• selects the second mobility management device based on the information, and
• sends the request message to the second mobility management device,
• wherein the first mobility management device skips an authentication and security procedure with the UE before the redirection, and the second mobility management device performs the authentication and security procedure with the UE after the redirection.

A UE (User Equipment) in a mobile communication system including a base station, a first mobility management device, and a second mobility management device, wherein the UE is served by the first mobility management device and the second mobility management device, the UE comprising:

• a memory that stores a set of instructions;
• and
• a controller configured to execute the set of instructions that when executed:
• sends a request message to the first mobility management device via the base station,
• skips an authentication and security procedure before a redirection with the first mobility management device that receives subscription data from a subscription management device, and sends, to the base station, a redirection message including information about the second mobility management device, and
• performs an authentication and security procedure after a redirection with the second mobility management device that is redirected the request message via the base station by the first mobility management device.

A method of a first mobility management device in a mobile communication system including a UE (User Equipment), a base station, and a second mobility management device, wherein the UE is served by the first mobility management device and the second mobility management device, the method comprising:

• receiving a request message from the UE via the base station;
• receiving subscription data from a subscription management device;
• redirecting the request message to the second mobility management device via the base station by sending, to the base station, a redirection message including information about the second mobility management device;
• and
• skipping an authentication and security procedure with the UE before the redirection.

A method of a base station in a mobile communication system including a UE (User Equipment), a first mobility management device, and a second mobility management device, wherein the UE is served by the first mobility management device and the second mobility management device, the method comprising:

• receiving a request message from the UE;
• sending the request message to the first mobility management device;
• receiving a redirection message including information about the second mobility management device to be directed from a first mobility management device that receives subscription data from a subscription management device;
• selecting the second mobility management device based on the information;
• and
• sending the request message to the second mobility management device,
• wherein the first mobility management device skips an authentication and security procedure with the UE before the redirection, and the second mobility management device performs the authentication and security procedure with the UE after the redirection.

A method of a UE (User Equipment) in a mobile communication system including a base station, a first mobility management device, and a second mobility management device, wherein the UE is served by the first mobility management device and the second mobility management device, the method comprising:

• sending a request message to the first mobility management device via the base station;
• skipping an authentication and security procedure before a redirection with the first mobility management device that receives subscription data from a subscription management device, and sends, to the base station, a redirection message including information about the second mobility management device;
• and
• performing an authentication and security procedure after a redirection with the second mobility management device that is redirected the request message via the base station by the first mobility management device.
