Abstract
Methods, systems, and products describe a car, truck, or other vehicle that charges a battery in a mobile device. The vehicle wirelessly inductively charges the battery based on historical usage.

A method, comprising:
- receiving, by a hardware processor, data sent via a wireless communication with a mobile device, the data representing a historical consumption of a battery power associated with a battery powering the mobile device;
- determining, by the hardware processor, a charging strategy for the battery based on the historical consumption of the battery power;
- and
- inductively coupling, by the hardware processor, an electrical power to the mobile device to charge the battery according to the charging strategy.

An apparatus, comprising:
- a hardware processor;
- and
- a memory device, the memory device storing code, the code when executed causing the hardware processor to perform operations, the operations comprising:
- receiving data sent via a wireless communication with a mobile device, the data representing a historical consumption of a battery power associated with a battery powering the mobile device;
- determining a charging strategy for the battery based on the historical consumption of the battery power;
- and
- inductively coupling an electrical power to the mobile device to charge the battery according to the charging strategy.
