Abstract
Methods and pharmaceutical compositions for inhibiting or decreasing transport of a drug by a transporter of multidrug resistance-associated protein are provided.

A method for inhibiting or decreasing transport of a drug by a transporter of multidrug resistance-associated protein in a cell, said method comprising administering to the cell a compound comprising a compound of Formula (V)
- wherein R1 and R2 are small peptides or modified peptides.
A pharmaceutical composition for inhibiting or decreasing transport of a drug by a transporter of multidrug resistance-associated protein in a cell, said composition comprising a compound of Formula (V)
- wherein R1 and R2 are small peptides or modified peptides, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
