Data transmission method, transmitting device, and receiving device

A method comprises:

• receiving, by a receiving device, beam indication information from a transmitting device;
• determining, by the receiving device according to the beam indication information, at least one receive beam used for receiving data transmitted by the transmitting device;
• and
• receiving, by the receiving device by using the determined at least one receive beam, the data transmitted by the transmitting device.

A transmitting device comprises:

• at least one processor and a transceiver, wherein
• the at least one processor is configured to determine beam indication information and at least one transmit beam used for sending data to a receiving device;
• and
• the transceiver is configured to:
• send the beam indication information determined by the at least one processor to the receiving device;
• and transmit the data by using the at least one transmit beam determined by the at least one processor.
