A method for evaluating a promotional campaign, comprising:

• receiving campaign viewer information from a media guidance data source;
• identifying user interactions with a campaign based on the campaign viewer information;
• evaluating the performance of the campaign based on the identified user interactions, wherein the performance of the campaign comprises on-channel statistics, off-channel statistics, and cross-channel statistic;
• generating for display a performance matrix visualization indicating the performance of the campaign.

A system for evaluating a promotional campaign, comprising:

• communication circuitry configured to receive campaign viewer information from a media guidance data source;
• and
• control circuitry configured to:
• identify user interactions with a campaign based on the campaign viewer information;
• evaluate the performance of the campaign based on the identified user interactions, wherein the performance of the campaign comprises on-channel statistics, off-channel statistics, and cross-channel statistic;
• generate for display a performance matrix visualization indicating the performance of the campaign.

A non-transitory computer readable medium comprising instructions that when executed by control circuitry causes the control circuitry to:

• receive campaign viewer information from a media guidance data source;
• identify user interactions with a campaign based on the campaign viewer information;
• evaluate the performance of the campaign based on the identified user interactions, wherein the performance of the campaign comprises on-channel statistics, off-channel statistics, and cross-channel statistic;
• generate for display a performance matrix visualization indicating the performance of the campaign.

The non-transitory computer-readable medium of 16, wherein generating, on the second axis, at least one of the conversion indicator, reach indicator, incremental reach indicator, and conversion rate from incremental reach indicator for each row in the plurality of rows of performance information comprises:

• generating a plurality of dial indicators each corresponding to a performance metric of the promotional campaign;
• generating range labels on each of the plurality of dial indicators, wherein the range labels on each dial indicator annotate a range of possible values for a corresponding performance metric;
• and
• generating a metric label on each of the plurality of dial indicators, wherein the metric label annotates the performance metric corresponding with the dial indicator.

The non-transitory computer-readable medium of 16, further comprising instructions that when executed by the control circuitry causes the control circuitry to:

• generate a plurality of performance filters;
• receive a selection of one of the performance filters;
• and
• modify the display of the performance matrix visualization indicating the performance of the campaign based on the selection of the performance filter.
