Abstract
A multilayer ceramic capacitor includes an element body in which a dielectric layer and an internal electrode layer are laminated; a first external electrode that is provided at one end of the element body and is connected to a part of the internal electrode layer; and a second external electrode that is provided at an other end of the element body and is connected to that part of the internal electrode layer which is not connected to the first external electrode, in which the first external electrode and the second external electrode each have a linear groove.
Claims8
A multilayer ceramic capacitor comprising:
- an element body in which a dielectric layer and an internal electrode layer are laminated;
- a first external electrode that is provided at one end of the element body and is connected to a part of the internal electrode layer;
- and
- a second external electrode that is provided at an other end of the element body and is connected to that part of the internal electrode layer which is not connected to the first external electrode,
- wherein the first external electrode and the second external electrode each have a linear groove.
A printed circuit board comprising:
- a land pattern to which external electrodes of a multilayer ceramic capacitor are joined by a solder, the multilayer ceramic capacitor including
- an element body in which a dielectric layer and an internal electrode layer are laminated,
- a first external electrode that is provided at one end of the element body and is connected to a part of the internal electrode layer, and
- a second external electrode that is provided at an other end of the element body and is connected to that part of the internal electrode layer which is not connected to the first external electrode,
- wherein the first external electrode and the second external electrode each have a linear groove, and the grooves of the external electrodes are filled with the solder.
A package wherein a carrier tape provided with a recess for accommodating a multilayer ceramic capacitor and a cover tape are adhered to each other, the multilayer ceramic capacitor including:
- an element body in which a dielectric layer and an internal electrode layer are laminated;
- a first external electrode that is provided at one end of the element body and is connected to a part of the internal electrode layer;
- and
- a second external electrode that is provided at an other end of the element body and is connected to that part of the internal electrode layer which is not connected to the first external electrode,
- the first external electrode and the second external electrode each having a linear groove.
