Abstract
A system and method leveraging the use of sign riders in conjunction with geolocation technology to provide real-time delivery of real estate property information to potential buyers is provided.

A method comprising:
- receiving a code at a server, said code transmitted from a client device;
- identifying active properties associated with said code;
- determining a geolocation of said client device;
- retrieving a property listing from said active properties, said property listing retrieved based at least in part on said geolocation of said client device;
- and
- transmitting information relating to said property listing to said client device.
