System and method for aggregation and comparison of multi-tab content

A method for facilitating a comparison of content in a user interface, the method comprising:

• identifying, using one or more hardware processors, a plurality of simultaneously open browser interfaces of a browser, the browser interfaces include at least one of:
• a tab of the browser or a window of the browser;
• selecting from the plurality of simultaneously open browser interfaces a first selection of open browser interfaces that include item descriptions associated with a first selected item;
• extracting or identifying a plurality of features of the first selected item from the item descriptions in the first selection of open browser interface;
• and
• causing a first comparison display to be displayed within a portion of one of the open browser interfaces in the first selection of open browser interfaces, the comparison display includes the plurality of features of the first selected item from the first selection of open browser interfaces.

A non-transitory computer-readable medium embodying instructions that, when executed by a processor, perform operations comprising:

• identifying a plurality of simultaneously open browser interfaces of a browser, the browser interfaces include at least one of:
• a tab of the browser or a window of the browser;
• selecting from the plurality of simultaneously open browser interfaces a first selection of open browser interfaces that include item descriptions associated with a first selected item;
• extracting or identifying a plurality of features of the first selected item from the item descriptions in the first selection of open browser interfaces;
• and
• causing a first comparison display to be displayed within a portion of one of the open browser interfaces in the first selection of open browser interfaces, the comparison display includes the plurality of features of the first selected item from first selection of open browser interfaces.
