Temperature Traceable Indicator and Article Quality Management Method Using Same

A temperature traceable indicator comprising a substrate, temperature indicators that irreversibly change color when the temperature deviates from a set temperature range,

• wherein the temperature indicators are arranged in plurality on the substrate, and
• temperatures at which the temperature indicators change color are within ±2° C. of each other, and the temperature indicator changes color after a different period of time from deviation from the set temperature range,
• wherein the temperature indicator contains:
• a first ink in which decoloring initiation temperature Ta1 upon temperature elevation and color development initiation temperature Td1 upon temperature lowering are different;
• and
• a second ink in which the decoloring initiation temperature Ta2 upon temperature elevation and color development initiation temperature upon temperature lowering Td2 are different, and
• the decoloring initiation temperature Ta1, the color development initiation temperature Td1, the decoloring initiation temperature Ta2, and the color development initiation temperature Td2 are in a relation:
• Td1<Td2<Ta1<Ta2.
