Abstract
Tile fixing devices, tile mounting methods, and roofs, such as those associated with solar tiles, are provided. For example, tile fixing devices related to the technical field of photovoltaic power generation are provided. In one illustrative implementation, a tile fixing device may include: a tile hook which is provided thereon with a fixing piece configured to cooperate with the mounting hole of the tile, as well as a positioning structure configured to limit the tile batten. Various tile mounting methods and roofs are also disclosed.
Claims20
A tile fixing device, comprising a tile hook, wherein the tile hook is provided thereon with a fixing piece configured to cooperate with a mounting hole of a tile, and the tile hook is provided thereon with a positioning structure configured to limit a tile batten.
A tile mounting method, comprising:
- providing a tile, wherein the tile is provided with a mounting hole;
- providing a tile fixing device, wherein the tile fixing device comprises a tile hook which is provided thereon with a fixing piece and further a positioning structure;
- making a first connecting piece pass through the mounting hole and fixing the first connecting piece by the fixing piece of the tile hook, such that the tile hook is fixed on the tile;
- and
- making the tile hook lap jointed on the tile batten, such that a limiting surface of the positioning structure that limits the tile batten is in contact with the tile batten.
