A method of treating cholangiocarcinoma characterized by the presence of an IDH1 mutation in a patient in need thereof comprising administering to the patient a therapeutically effective amount of (S)—N—((S)-1-(2-chlorophenyl)-2-((3,3-difluorocyclobutyl)amino)-2-oxoethyl)-1-(4-cyanopyridin-2-yl)-N-(5-fluoropyridin-3-yl)-5-oxopyrrolidine-2-carboxamide
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or hydrate thereof.
The method of claim 1 wherein the IDH1 mutation is an IDH1 R132H or R132C mutation.
