A method of making a compound having the structure of formula A:
- comprising combining a compound having the structure of formula B:
- with a compound having the structure of formula C:
- in dimethylformamide to form a mixture and treating the mixture with propylphosphonic anhydride and triethylamine, thereby forming a compound of formula A.
