Adhesive film storage box, adhesive film storage device, and infection prevention film

An adhesive film storage box for storing a roll of wound adhesive film having an adhesive property, the adhesive film storage box comprising:

• a main body having at least a front plate, a bottom plate, a back plate, and side plates, and having an open upper surface;
• and
• a cover capable of opening and closing an opening in the upper surface of the main body, wherein
• the cover has at least:
• a cover plate connected to an upper edge of the back plate of the main body so as to oppose the upper surface of the main body;
• and
• a covering piece connected to a front edge of the cover plate so as to oppose a front surface of the main body,
• a cutting portion capable of cutting the adhesive film is provided on a lower edge of the covering piece, and
• a height of the front plate is set to be lower than a height of the back plate and the side plates and to be between 50% and 90% of an outer diameter of a core tube of the roll.
