Aquatic Exercise Device

A kit of parts for a fin assembly for aqua resistance exercise, comprising:

• a strap comprising an inner strap with fasteners provided to an outside surface of the inner strap,
• an outer strap with fasteners provided in an inside surface of the outer strap, the fasteners adapted to releasably attach the inner and outer straps together, and
• one or more fins adapted to be received on the outer strap,
• wherein a longitudinal position of the one or more fins fixed by engagement of the inner strap to the outer strap, and
• wherein the length of the inner strap is longer than a length of the outer strap, so that an extending end portion of the outer strap can overlap and engage an opposite end of the outer strap to secure the fin assembly about the user's limb.
