Abstract
The invention relates to a fermented milk product includes angiogenin and/or angiogenin hydrolysate in an amount of 0.9 mg/100 g to 150 mg/100 g, and cystatin and/or cystatin hydrolysate in the mass ratio to the angiogenin and/or angiogenin hydrolysate of 0.006 to 1.7.

A fermented milk product comprising angiogenin and/or angiogenin hydrolysate in an amount of 0.9 mg/100 g to 150 mg/100 g and cystatin and/or cystatin hydrolysate in a mass ratio to the angiogenin and/or angiogenin hydrolysate of 0.006:1 to 1.7:1.
A method for strengthening bones comprising administering a fermented milk product in an amount of 100 g/day or more;
- the fermented milk product comprising angiogenin and/or angiogenin hydrolysate in an amount of 0.9 mg/100 g to 150 mg/100 g of fermented milk product and cystatin and/or cystatin hydrolysate in a mass ratio to the angiogenin and/or angiogenin hydrolysate of 0.006:1 to 1.7:1;
- wherein at least one of the angiogenin and the cystatin is in the form of the hydrolysate thereof.
