Abstract
An infrared lens unit of the present invention includes a lens barrel having, on the distal end side thereof, an engaging part having a large inner diameter, an infrared lens that is fitted in the engaging part, and a cap that engages with the outside of the distal end part of the lens barrel, thereby fixing the infrared lens in the engaging part. The infrared lens unit includes a waterproof structure that seals between the infrared lens and the cap.

An infrared lens unit comprising:
- a lens barrel having, on a distal end side thereof, an engaging part having an inner diameter larger than an inner diameter of the other part in the lens barrel;
- an infrared lens that is fitted in the engaging part;
- and
- a cap that engages with an outside of the distal end part of the lens barrel, thereby fixing the infrared lens in the engaging part,
- the infrared lens unit comprising a waterproof structure that seals between the infrared lens and the cap.
