Method and apparatus for transmitting wireless local area network data

An apparatus for transmitting wireless local area network data, the apparatus comprising:

• a memory storage comprising instructions;
• and
• one or more processors in communication with the memory, wherein the one or more processors execute the instructions to:
• within a scheduling window, receive a DL part, wherein the DL part includes a preamble part compatible with the IEEE802.11ac, the Legacy preamble, a preamble part used in a next-generation of the IEEE802.11ac, the HEW preamble, and the DL MU part wherein the DL part is used to trigger the transmission of an UL part;
• within the scheduling window, send the UL part triggered above;
• wherein the UL part includes:
• a Legacy preamble, a HEW preamble and an UL MU part;
• wherein the DL is abbreviation of downlink, the UL is abbreviation of uplink, the MU is abbreviation of multi-user.

A method for transmitting wireless local area network data, on an Access Point side, wherein the method comprises:

• within a scheduling window, sending a DL part, wherein the DL part includes a preamble part compatible with the IEEE802.11ac, the Legacy preamble, a preamble part used in a next-generation of the IEEE802.11ac, the HEW preamble, and the DL MU part;
• wherein the DL part is used to trigger the transmission of an UL part;
• receiving, within the scheduling window, the UL part triggered above;
• wherein the UL part includes:
• a Legacy preamble, a HEW preamble and an UL MU part;
• wherein the DL is abbreviation of downlink, the UL is abbreviation of uplink, the MU is abbreviation of multi-user.

A method for transmitting wireless local area network data, on a station side, wherein the method comprises:

• receiving, within a scheduling window, a DL part, wherein the DL part includes a preamble part compatible with the IEEE802.11ac, the Legacy preamble, a preamble part used in a next-generation of the IEEE802.11ac, the HEW preamble, and the DL MU part;
• wherein the DL part is used to trigger the transmission of an UL part;
• sending, within the scheduling window, the UL part triggered above;
• wherein the UL part includes:
• a Legacy preamble, a HEW preamble and an UL MU part;
• wherein the DL is abbreviation of downlink, the UL is abbreviation of uplink, the MU is abbreviation of multi-user.
