Organic light-emitting display device and method of manufacturing the same

A method of manufacturing an organic light-emitting display device, the method comprising:

• forming, over a substrate, a thin film transistor and a first power supply line;
• forming a protective portion comprising a first insulating layer on the thin film transistor and on the first power supply line;
• forming a masking unit spaced apart from the protective portion;
• forming, on the first insulating layer, a first electrode and a connection conductive layer, the connection conductive layer being connected to the first power supply line;
• covering an edge of the first electrode with a second insulating layer and stacking the second insulating layer on the masking unit;
• forming an emission layer and a second electrode on the first insulating layer, the second electrode connected with the connection conductive layer;
• forming a first inorganic encapsulation layer on the second electrode and forming a dam unit on the first inorganic encapsulation layer;
• forming an organic encapsulation layer at an inner side of the dam unit facing away from the protective portion;
• forming a second inorganic encapsulation layer on the organic encapsulation layer;
• and
• separating the masking unit from the substrate.
