An organic electroluminescence device comprising:

• an anode:
• an emitting layer;
• and
• a cathode, wherein
• the emitting layer comprises a first compound, a second compound, and a third compound,
• the first compound is a fluorescent compound,
• the second compound is a delayed fluorescent compound,
• the third compound is a compound represented by a formula (3) below, and
• a singlet energy S1(M1) of the first compound, a singlet energy S1(M2) of the second compound and a singlet energy S1(M3) of the third compound satisfy a relationship of a Numerical Formula 1 below,
• where:
• X1 to X14 each independently represent a nitrogen atom or CR80:
• X1 represents NR95, a sulfur atom, or an oxygen atom;
• R80 is a hydrogen atom or a substituent, R80 as the substituent being each independently a fluorine atom, a cyano group, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group having 1 to 25 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group having 1 to 25 carbon atoms with a linking group D interposed, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group having 6 to 24 ring carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl group having 2 to 30 ring carbon atoms, or a group represented by -(A5)s-(A6)t-(A7)u-(A8)v-R17;
• R95 in NR95 is a group represented by -(A1)o-(A2)p-(A3)q-(A4)r-R16, such that s, t, u, v, o, p, q and r are each independently 0 or 1, in which a plurality of R80 are mutually the same or different;
• R16 and R17 each independently represent a hydrogen atom or a substituent, R16 and R17 as the substituent being each independently —NR10R11, —SiR12R13R14, —C(═O)R15, —CN, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group having 6 to 24 ring carbon atoms, or a substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl group having 2 to 30 ring carbon atoms;
• R10, R11 and R15 each independently represent a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group having 6 to 24 ring carbon atoms, or a substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl group having 2 to 30 ring carbon atoms;
• A1 to A8 are each independently —SiR12AR13A—, a substituted or unsubstituted arylene group having 6 to 24 ring carbon atoms, or a substituted or unsubstituted heteroarylene group having 2 to 30 ring carbon atoms;
• R12, R13, R12A, R13A and R14 each independently represent a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group having 1 to 25 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group having 1 to 25 carbon atoms with a linking group D interposed, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group having 6 to 24 ring carbon atoms, or a substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl group having 2 to 30 ring carbon atoms;
• the linking group D is —CO—, —COO—, —S—, —SO—, —SO2—, —O—, —NR65—, —SiR70R71—, —POR72—, —CR63═CR64—, or —C═C—;
• R63 and R64 each independently represent a hydrogen atom or a substituent, R63 and R64 as the substituent being each independently an unsubstituted aryl group having 6 to 18 ring carbon atoms, an aryl group having 6 to 18 ring carbon atoms substituted by a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group having 1 to 18 carbon atoms, an aryl group having 6 to 18 ring carbon atoms substituted by a substituted or unsubstituted alkoxy group having 1 to 18 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group having 1 to 18 carbon atoms, or a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group having 1 to 18 carbon atoms with an oxygen atom interposed;
• R65 is an unsubstituted aryl group having 6 to 18 ring carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl group having 2 to 30 ring carbon atoms, an aryl group having 6 to 18 ring carbon atoms substituted by a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group having 1 to 18 carbon atoms, an aryl group having 6 to 18 ring carbon atoms substituted by a substituted or unsubstituted alkoxy group having 1 to 18 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group having 1 to 18 carbon atoms, or a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group having 1 to 18 carbon atoms with an oxygen atom interposed;
• R70 to R71 and R72 each independently represent a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group having 1 to 18 carbon atoms, an unsubstituted aryl group having 6 to 18 ring carbon atoms, or an aryl group having 6 to 18 ring carbon atoms substituted by a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group having 1 to 18 carbon atoms;
• in the formula (3), when 0 or 1 of X1 to X4 is a nitrogen atom, 0 or 1 of X5 to X8 is a nitrogen atom and o, p, q, and r are 0, R16 is neither a hydrogen atom nor —NR10R11;
• and when a plurality of substituents are present, the plurality of substituents are mutually the same or different.
