Abstract
A computer method and system designed to use artificial intelligence data (AI), alternative data, Internet of Things (IoT), biometric data, and machine learning to determine the suitability of a specific investment product for an interested investor while vetting and validating or rejecting a buyer on behalf of a seller prior to entering into a transaction for a specific buyer type or characteristic or value of an order.
Claims6
A method of presenting various investment products based on receiving user-specific financial and personal information, investment objectives, and personal values comprising:
- accessing a database containing data inputs characterizing a plurality of investment products and information about desired outcomes by combining at least some plurality of investment products with the plurality of other investment products by categories;
- comparing, sorting, and filtering the categories using an algorithm-driven, artificial intelligence engine into investment products determined by the AI to be related to the user-specific information;
- and
- providing the identified financial products to the user.
An identification computer system configured to assign a new unique and temporary, ephemeral URL to each new issue in the database for identification prior to its final sale date and searchable on the website, wherein the URL is automatically removed from the internet, thus hiding it from public view, immediately following the sale date, and wherein the URL is generated immediately upon successful HTML input to database, and wherein the storage time of new issue data is up to and including the date the new issue is formally awarded to underwriters.
A data search system employing a computer system and a computer communication network, comprising:
- entering into a database characteristics of a new issue by a first user;
- entering into a database characteristics of new issue requested by a second user;
- comparing utilizing a processor in communication with the database, the characteristics entered by the first user with the characteristics sought by the second user;
- identifying, utilizing a processor in communication with the database, the characteristics entered by the first one with the characteristics sought by the second user;
- and
- wherein it is not required that the first and second user have an account with a common financial institution.
