A kind of Internet of Things packaging management system, characterized by comprising:

• the logistics package designed with an information label which is used for writing in the identity information of the logistics package;
• the positioning module which is used for the real-time positioning of the above mentioned logistics package, and comprises the Satellite positioning system (with particular reference to Beidou satellite positioning system), the base station and the Beidou positioning module set, wherein the Beidou positioning module set is designed on the logistics package, the Beidou satellite positioning system connects to the signal amplifier through the satellite signal network, and the signal amplifier connects wirelessly to the Beidou positioning module set;
• the information reading device which is used for reading and sending the information label and providing the location information of this device;
• the logistics system operation management platform which is used for receiving the identity information sent by the information reading device and the location information of this device, and also used for receiving the real-time location information of the logistics package sent by the positioning module and conducting data analysis and disposal of the identity information and the real-time location information based on the recycling request to gain the best collection route information for the idle logistics package;
• and
• the requesting end which is used for sending the recycling request to the logistics system operation management platform and receiving the best collection route information sent by this platform.
