Cyclohexene compounds and use thereof

A cyclohexene compound having a structural formula I or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, an ester prodrug or a stereoisomer thereof:

• wherein,
• R is selected from H, an ion of M, or C1˜C6 alkyl;
• M is selected from Na+, Ca2+, Mg2+, K+, Li+, or (HNR6R7R8)+;
• R6, R7, and R8 are independently selected from H, C1˜C4 alkyl, substituted C1˜C4 alkyl, C3˜C6 cycloalkyl, substituted C3˜C6 cycloalkyl, C3˜C6 heterocyclyl, or substituted C3˜C6 heterocyclyl;
• R1 is selected from amino, amidino, or guanidyl;
• R2 is selected from H, C1˜C4 alkyl, or C1˜C4 alkenyl;
• m is selected from 0 or 1;
• R3 and R4 are independently selected from H, C1˜C4 alkyl, substituted C1˜C4 alkyl, C3˜C6 cycloalkyl, substituted C3˜C6 cycloalkyl, C3˜C6 heterocyclyl, or substituted C3˜C6 heterocyclyl;
• n is selected from 1, 2, 3, or 4;
• X is absent, or X is selected from CH2, O, S, NHCOO, OCONR9R10, or NHSO2;
• R5 is absent, or R5 is selected from H, C1˜C4 alkyl, substituted C1˜C4 alkyl, C3˜C6 cycloalkyl, substituted C3˜C6 cycloalkyl, C3˜C6 heterocyclyl, or substituted C3˜C6 heterocyclyl;
• and
• R9 and R10 are independently selected from H, C1˜C4 alkyl, substituted C1˜C4 alkyl, C3˜C6 cycloalkyl, or substituted C3˜C6 cycloalkyl, or R9 and R10 together with the atom to which they are attached form a C3˜C6 heterocyclic ring containing O, S, NH.
