Unlicensed spectrum-based wireless communication method, base station, and terminal device

An unlicensed spectrum-based wireless communication method, comprising:

• determining, by a terminal device, a first carrier and a second carrier that are occupied by a base station on an unlicensed spectrum, wherein the base station occupies the first carrier by using a first clear channel assessment (CCA) and occupies the second carrier by using a second CCA, the first CCA is a CCA with random backoff, and the second CCA is a single-slot CCA;
• receiving, by the terminal device, first indication information from the base station, wherein the first indication information is used to instruct the terminal device to send uplink information to the base station on the second carrier;
• and
• sending, by the terminal device, the uplink information to the base station on the second carrier based on the first indication information.

An unlicensed spectrum-based wireless communication apparatus, comprising:

• a storage medium including executable instructions;
• and
• a processor;
• wherein the executable instructions, when executed by the processor, cause the apparatus to:
• occupy a first carrier on an unlicensed spectrum by using a first clear channel assessment (CCA), wherein the first CCA is a CCA with random backoff, wherein
• occupy a second carrier on the unlicensed spectrum by using a second CCA, wherein the second CCA is a single-slot CCA;
• send first indication information to a terminal device, wherein the first indication information is used to instruct the terminal device to send uplink information to the apparatus on the second carrier;
• and
• receive, on the second carrier, the uplink information from the terminal device.

An unlicensed spectrum-based wireless communication apparatus, comprising:

• a storage medium including executable instructions;
• and
• a processor;
• wherein the executable instructions, when executed by the processor, cause the apparatus to:
• determine a first carrier and a second carrier that are occupied by a base station on an unlicensed spectrum, wherein the base station occupies the first carrier by using a first clear channel assessment (CCA) and occupies the second carrier by using a second CCA, the first CCA is a CCA with random backoff, and the second CCA is a single-slot CCA;
• receive first indication information from the base station, wherein the first indication information is used to instruct the apparatus to send uplink information to the base station on the second carrier;
• and
• send the uplink information to the base station on the second carrier based on the first indication information.
