Abstract
A user terminal that includes a receiver that receives a synchronization signal in accordance with timing information provided from a network and a processor that controls a measurement of a channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS). The CSI-RS corresponds to the received synchronization signal, and is based on information about a time-frequency resource configuration and a scrambling ID of the CSI-RS provided from the network.

A user terminal comprising:
- a receiver that receives a synchronization signal in accordance with timing information provided from a network;
- and
- a processor that controls a measurement of a channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS), corresponding to the received synchronization signal, based on information about a time-frequency resource configuration and a scrambling ID of the CSI-RS provided from the network.
A radio communication method, for a user terminal, comprising:
- receiving a synchronization signal in accordance with timing information provided from a network;
- and
- controlling a measurement of a channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS), corresponding to the received synchronization signal, based on information about a time-frequency resource configuration and a scrambling ID of the CSI-RS provided from the network.
