A service transmission control device, comprising a receiver and a processor, wherein

• the receiver is configured to receive indication information from a service transmission device, wherein the indication information is used to indicate target service feature information corresponding to a target service data flow transmitted by the service transmission device, or the indication information is used to indicate a quality of service parameter corresponding to a target service data flow transmitted by the service transmission device, and the target service data flow is one of a plurality of service data flows comprised in a target service transmitted by the service transmission device;
• and
• the processor is configured to determine, based on the indication information, a target quality of service parameter corresponding to the target service data flow.

A service transmission device, comprising a processor and a transmitter, wherein

• the processor is configured to generate indication information;
• and
• the transmitter is configured to send the indication information to a service transmission control device, wherein the indication information is used to indicate target service feature information corresponding to a target service data flow transmitted by the service transmission device, or the indication information is used to indicate a quality of service parameter corresponding to a target service data flow transmitted by the service transmission device, the target service data flow is one of a plurality of service data flows comprised in a target service transmitted by the service transmission device, and the indication information is used by the service transmission control device to determine a target quality of service parameter corresponding to the target service data flow.
