Communications Tool For Requesting, Tracking, And/Or Managing Services

A system for service request submission and management, the system comprising a software interface module for downloading to an electronic mobile device and operating as a mobile app for display on a display screen of the electronic mobile device, the interface module further:

• receiving information identifying a user of the electronic mobile device initiating a request for a service or an estimate for service;
• receiving information relating to the request for a service or an estimate for service, the information including at least one of written text, a photo, a video, and an audio file, and identifying the location where such service is to be completed;
• upon activation by a user, transmitting the information relating to the request to a remotely located backend module, comprising at least one of hardware and software, to assign a corresponding service provider to the request for service or estimate for service;
• and
• coordinating communication subsequent the initial request for service or estimate for service between the user and the assigned service provider and providing access to a history log thereof.
