User terminal, radio base station and radio communication method

A radio base station that communicates in a radio communication system where frame structures of a plurality of numerologies are frequency-division-multiplexed, the radio base station comprising:

• a transmitting/receiving section that transmits a DL signal and/or receives a UL signal based on a given numerology;
• and
• a control section that controls allocation of the DL signal and/or the UL signal in the given numerology, based on a communicating direction in another numerology that is different from the given numerology.

A radio communication method for a user terminal that communicates in a radio communication system where frame structures of a plurality of numerologies are frequency-division-multiplexed, the radio communication method comprising:

• receiving first information relating to a frame structure of a given numerology and second information for specifying a period in which DL communication and/or UL communication is disallowed in the given numerology or a period in which a specific communicating direction is configured in the given numerology;
• and
• controlling DL reception and/or UL transmission based on the first information and the second information.
