Abstract
A two-dimensional magnetic field sensor comprises a support, a single magnetic field concentrator which consists of at least three parts which are separated from each other by gaps, and at least two magnetic sensor elements. The magnetic sensor elements are arranged in the region of the edge of the magnetic field concentrator. No magnetic sensor element is present in the gaps.
Claims16
A magnetic field sensor, comprising
- a support,
- a single magnetic field concentrator, which is arranged on the support, and
- at least two magnetic sensor elements which serve to detect two different components of a magnetic field to be measured, wherein
- the magnetic field concentrator consists of at least three immobile parts which are rigidly connected to the support and separated from each other by gaps,
- the magnetic sensor elements are arranged at a peripheral edge of the magnetic field concentrator, and
- no magnetic sensor element is present in the gaps.
