Abstract
The present disclosure provides an organic light emitting diode device and a manufacturing method thereof, a display panel and a display device. The organic light emitting diode device includes: a substrate; and a light emitting component and a first structural layer provided on a side of the substrate, wherein the light emitting component is provided on a side of the first structural layer distal to the substrate, and a surface area of a light emitting surface of the light emitting component is larger than an area of an orthographic projection of the light emitting component on the substrate.
Claims20
An organic light emitting diode device, comprising:
- a substrate;
- and
- a light emitting component and a first structural layer provided on a side of the substrate,
- wherein the light emitting component is provided on a side of the first structural layer distal to the substrate, and a surface area of a light emitting surface of the light emitting component is larger than an area of an orthographic projection of the light emitting component on the substrate.
A manufacturing method of an organic light emitting diode device, comprising steps of:
- forming a first structural layer on a side of a substrate;
- and
- forming a light emitting component on a side of the first structural layer distal to the substrate;
- wherein a surface area of a light emitting surface of the light emitting component is larger than an area of an orthographic projection of the light emitting component on the substrate.
