Community drone monitoring and information exchange

A system for unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) detection, the system comprising:

• a network interface device;
• at least one processor;
• and
• a memory device including instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the at least one processor to:
• identify, based on information from one or more sensors including a camera sensor, a UAV, wherein the information includes images from the camera sensor and wherein the identification of the UAV includes performance of image recognition by analysis of the images from the camera sensor;
• determine, based on the information from the one or more sensors, a location of the UAV;
• determine, based on the location of the UAV, the UAV is located within a region;
• and
• transmit, via the network interface device, a notification to a party associated with the region in response to the determination that the UAV is within the region.

A system for unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) detection, the system comprising:

• means for identifying, based on information from one or more sensors including a camera sensor, a UAV, wherein the information includes images from the camera sensor and wherein the identification of the UAV includes performance of image recognition by analysis of the images from the camera sensor;
• means for determining, based on the information from the one or more sensors, a location of the UAV;
• means for determining, based on the location of the UAV, the UAV is located within a region;
• and
• means for transmitting a notification to a party associated with the region in response to the determination that the UAV is within the region.
