A wheel member comprising:
- a wheel plate which transmits or reflects light and which is used in a rotating state;
- and
- a circular plate which is disposed so as to be superposed on the wheel plate, wherein
- the circular plate has a center-of-gravity adjuster between flat surfaces of front and back surfaces of the circular plate.
