Abstract
A lamp for a vehicle includes an array module including a plurality of micro Light Emitting Diode (LED) chips. The array module has an emission surface that is concave in a first direction of the array module. The lamp further includes a lens system configured to change a waveform of light output from the array module, where the lens system has a positive optical power that represents a degree of convergence of the waveform through the lens system.
Claims20
A lamp for a vehicle, comprising:
- an array module comprising a plurality of micro Light Emitting Diode (LED) chips, the array module having an emission surface that is concave in a first direction of the array module;
- and
- a lens system configured to change a waveform of light output from the array module, the lens system having a positive optical power that represents a degree of convergence of the waveform through the lens system.
