An azide group-containing fluoropolymer having the following general formula (1):
- N3—CH2—Rf1—CH2—N3 (1)
- wherein Rf1 is a divalent perfluoropolyether group having one of the following general formulae (2) to (5):
- wherein a and b are each independently an integer in the range:
- a≥1, b≥1, 2≤a+b≤150, and c is an integer of 1 to 150.
