Abstract

To provide a fluorinated polymer which can be heat-cured at low temperature (from room temperature to 150° C.). A fluorinated polymer containing units represented by the following formula (1): wherein X1 and X2 are each independently a hydrogen atom or a fluorine atom, Q1 is a single bond or an etheric oxygen atom, Rf1 is a fluoroalkylene group or a fluoroalkylene group having at least 2 carbon atoms and having an etheric oxygen atom between carbon atoms, Z1 is NR1—Y1, O—Y2 or S—Y3, R1 is a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group or an aryl group, and Y1, Y2 and Y3 are each independently a group having at least one hydrolyzable silyl group.
