Claims11
A compound that is a chemical analog of non-hydrolysable adenosine ATP analog 5′-[γ-thio]triphosphate (ATPγS) with general formula of Formula:
- I
- where R1 and R2 are independently selected from hydrogen, cyano, C1 to C3 alkyl, halo, or heteromethyl.
A compound that is a chemical analog of adenosine receptor antagonist 8-Ethoxy-9-ethyl-9H-purin-6-amine with general formula of Formula II
- where R3 is a heteromethyl, cycloalkyl, or tetrahydrofuran.
