A compound of the following Formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or ester thereof:
- wherein each of R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 and R6 is independently selected from the group consisting of H, F and D, and at least one of R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 or R6 is F.
